Imagine that the President has asked you to announce a new national holiday, and it can be anything you want. What new holiday would you create, and why would you create that day and not something else?
I would create a holiday called "Puzzle Day." It would be sort of like Easter, but instead of simply looking for your gifts, you would have to solve puzzles or complete tasks in order to find or receive your gifts.

Where I Would Like To Go
What is a place you would like to go at least once in your life? Describe it and tell me why you want to go there.
Today in camp was very interesting and fun. I especially liked the NXT Robotics. If I could go anywhere in I would choose to go to Pluto, the planet, but if I had to choose somewhere on Earth currently, I would choose London, England. I would like to go there and see how it differs from my city, Albuquerque. Obviously, London would be much, much larger, but I should think that their would be some similarities. One of these similarities would be the fact, that, according to Mattie, "there are people in both London and Albuquerque." While this is true, I will go with a more advanced similarity, like the fact that the people in London speak the same language as the people in Albuquerque. On the other hand, one of the main differences between London and Albuquerque is that in London, people drive on the left-hand side in London, meaning the steering wheel is on the right. Also, London has a Prime Minister and not a President. All in all, I want to go to London to see how big city life in other countries compares to a smaller city size in our country.

My Favorite Hobby
Blog Prompt: Tell us about your favorite hobby. What is it? Why do you like it? Explain!
Today was a fun day in camp. My favorite hobby is volleyball. I like it because, as it is a team sport, I get a chance to not only work hard with my teammates, but also a chance to have fun with my friends. Unlike an individual sport, where it is just you, in volleyball, when you improve, you can see how it helps the entire team. You also have people who really understand the game and when you do something good, or even make a mistake, you can get feedback from people who really understand each other and the game. And, of course it is very rewarding when you make the perfect dig, or have a killer serve, which your teammates will easily recognize. Being able to travel with your friends to out of state tournaments is just another bonus.
